Pay:   $17.00 to $19.00 per hour

Location:  Little Rock, AR 72223 – This position is onsite

Type:  Contract to hire

Schedule:  M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST
Must be open to department hours 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM, hours may rotate

Job description
  1. Process incoming and outgoing domestic and international wire transfers in U.S. Dollars and foreign currencies, ensuring accuracy and adherence to established deadlines and limits for commercial customers.
  2. Handle incoming wire transfers through the Bank’s correspondent relationships, ensuring proper disclosures for International Consumer Remittance Wires.
  3. Collaborate with branches, business units, and commercial customers to resolve exception items, assist with payments, and manage wire transfer instructions received via phone, email, or fax.
  4. Perform security procedures for all payment transactions, maintain daily log sheets of wire activity, and support Financial Reporting System (FRS) requests for customer account information.
  5. Assist with SWIFT payments, daily settlement processes, and scanning documents into the imaging system, while maintaining compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Nice to have
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree
  • Bilingual: Spanish/English
  • Bilingual: Portuguese/English

Requirements
  • Must be able to work 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Must have (1) year of related experience in banking/financial services or relatable experience
  • Must be MS Office proficient including MS Excel
  • Employer will perform testing
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
