Location: Brandon, FL 33511 - Fully remote
Training is onsite, then the option to work from home will be provided
Hours: 8:00 - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday
Pay: $18.00/hour
Type: Contract to hire

Job:
- Communicating with vendors on properties including time line adherence, quality standards and negotiating bids
- Answers customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines
- Photo review for active and completed jobs, reviewing completed services to ensure they meet client standards and to catch potential issues that may need to be addressed
- Tracking and monitoring the services from dispatch to completion with timely updates to the client
- Continually maintain working knowledge of changing company directives
- Utilizing internal software systems and Microsoft Office productivity software for workload management
- Responsible for communicating with clients in a courteous and professional way
- Other duties as assigned
Nice to have:
- Negotiating experience a plus
- Construction experience in any capacity a plus
- Knowledge of residential/construction plumbing
- Call Center experience a plus
Requirements:
- (1) year of office experience required
- Employer will perform computer proficiency testing - Minimum 80% MS Office, 35 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
