Location: Tampa, 33624 - WFH Options
Expected to be onsite 4/days weekly the first year
Pay: Starting at $200,000, depending upon experience
Type: Direct hire
Job description:
- Manage a team of (8) HR associates
- Advise and coach C-suite and leaders on critical people, talent, workforce, and culture strategies.
- Implement people and workforce strategies for success in existing and new markets.
- Establish a comprehensive people scorecard with metrics to track progress on critical measures.
- Communicate the employment brand internally and externally to attract key talent pools.
- Develop a talent acquisition strategy for physician recruitment needs.
- Collaborate with the C-suite to create a positive performance accountability culture.
- Design and deliver a Total Rewards strategy with strong compensation and benefits plans.
- Create an employee engagement strategy for improved talent outcomes and retention.
- Implement a leadership succession and talent assessment process for organizational strength.
- Manage employee and physician relations for optimal organization effectiveness.
- Develop HR policies aligned with company culture, values, and business objectives.
- Utilize a transactional roadmap for efficient HR processes and strategic business partnership.
- Ensure confidentiality and security of Protected Health Information (PHI) in compliance with policies and regulations.
- Uphold and promote 's Core Values and Standards of Conduct.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Must have previous experience in a Vice President of Human Resources role.
- (8) years of HR leadership.
- Experience with at least (5) direct reports.
- Must have experience in healthcare.
- Must have multi-site experience (Target around 30 locations nationwide).
- Must be strong in talent acquisition and staffing.
- Experienced with a seat at the leadership table directly interfacing with the CEO.
- Previous experience with acquisitions.
- The ability to travel (5% travel, they will decide when they want to travel).
- Background check required.
