Location: Clearwater, FL 33760
 
Pay: $18
 
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00a-5pm or 9:00a-6pm
Part time roles are also available

Type: Contract, January 2025 to April 2025
Hiregy benefits during the contract period
 
 
Job duties: 
  • This person will spend the majority of their time calling their clients' to help schedule a visit for tax help.
  • They will make phone calls and use email as methods to book the appointments.
  • They will also work with the Tax folks to make sure the times align to meet.
  • This person will also enter data into the database and ensure it is accurate.
  • Other support as assigned.


Nice to have:
  • Any prior Tax experience a plus


Requirements:
  • MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
  • Must be friendly and detailed oriented. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Level II background check required
  • Drug screening required
  • References required
