- This person will spend the majority of their time calling their clients' to help schedule a visit for tax help.
- They will make phone calls and use email as methods to book the appointments.
- They will also work with the Tax folks to make sure the times align to meet.
- This person will also enter data into the database and ensure it is accurate.
- Other support as assigned.
Nice to have:
- Any prior Tax experience a plus
- MUST have 2+ years of customer service experience working in an office environment.
- Must be friendly and detailed oriented.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Level II background check required
- Drug screening required
- References required
