After about 60 days option to WFH (1) day weekly
 
Pay:  $23.00/hourly 

Salary once perm, OT available
 
Hours:  M-F 8:00 - 5:00 or 7:30 0 4:30

Job duties:  
  • Position is responsible for providing customer service to internal and external customers through execution of the department’s objectives and tactical plan for our corporate business growth
  • Position will proactively address service issues and customer concerns to be viewed as a solutions partner and to improve the company's ability to react and effectively respond to customer needs
  • Position is responsible for ensuring every Customer’s order is shipped complete and on time
  • Responsible for timely and accurate account /orders management for various customers, assigned to Region Commercial Team, via direct communication with the account’s buyers
  • Perform daily audit of open orders, including research and rescheduling of orders that are still open from previous day
  • QC New Products and processes
  • Lower total delivered costs
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
  
 
Nice to have:
  • SAP experience
  • Order management
  • Order intake
  • Large B2B account management
  • Consumer Package Goods Industry experience and / or Knowledge
  • Sales experience
 
Requirements:
  • Must have a strong business-to-business account management background
  • MS Office proficient: Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook
  • Problem solving skills, independent worker
  • Knowledge of statistical measures
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
