Service Coordinator/Dispatcher

Location: Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite

Pay: $28 hr. 

Hours: 40 hrs. per week and willing to work overtime, 7:30 am to 4:30 pm

Type: Contract to Hire

Job duties:
  • Maintain schedules for field representatives
  • Arrange schedules and dispatch as new requests come in
  • Prioritize dispatch assignments
  • Understand products offered
  • Ensures all service reports are received in time to be processed according to established policies
  • Confirm service reports reflect billable work and adhere to contract agreements
  • Complete payroll audit
  • Inform customers changes of schedule
  • Escalate issues as needed
  • Maintain knowledge of local geography
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:
  • Construction, HVAC, or similar

Requirements:
  • Must have Service dispatch - HVAC ideal or related field, ex. plumbing, AC company
  • Strong Computer skills, can multitask
  • Sense of Urgency
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
