Location: Tampa, 33607

Type: Contract-to-hire

Pay: Around $25-$29/hourly depending upon experience

Hours: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM *special work hours
(40 hour weeks with every-other Friday off)

Job Duties:

  • Procurement and Vendor Document Control Support:
    • Receive, log, and issue vendor technical document submittals
    • Ensure compliance with approved Project Procedure for vendor document control
    • Maintain accuracy of vendor data in internal database
    • Ensure accuracy of electronic and hard copy filing of all Vendor documents
    • Reproduce and assemble Vendor documents for distribution
    • Support procurement with RFQ packages, report updates, etc.
    • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
    • Coordinate annual meetings with potential vendors for office supplies and equipment bids

  • Project Support:
    • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentation materials, etc.
    • Follow management or design/engineering team instructions
    • Ensure proper preparation, distribution, and filing of all documentation

  • Associate's Degree or higher
  • Must have (5) years of experience handling a high volume of documents, working on projects in engineering or construction
  • Must know industry language
  • Must be able to use G-Suite
  • Must be tech savvy
  • Background check required
