Location: Tampa, 33634, Onsite

Pay: $20-22

Hours: M-F 8-5 flexible

Type: Direct Hire

Job duties:

  • This person will assist on full-cycle recruiting for staffing hotels and other Mainsail properties.
    A majority of time will be spent sourcing, screening, and setting up interviews with Hiring managers.
    They will also assist in administrative work such as transferring data to a new ATS system.

  • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.

  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required.

Requirements:
  • At least 1 year of recruiting experience
  • Someone comfortable with making calls, and being client facing
  • Someone experience with High Volume recruiting (sourcing and screening resumes)
  • High energy, positive, okay with a casual environment
  • Flexible to working administrative tasks as well

Nice To Have:
Experience in Workday (Huge)
Hospitality experience (Huge)
