Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Process Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will document and analyze current and future state processes, uncover improvement opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive performance enhancements.

Job description:
  • Conduct interviews, surveys, and observations to gather information on current processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Pinpoint and quantify process gaps, inefficiencies, and risks; communicate findings to relevant stakeholders.
  • Develop and present business cases, recommendations, and implementation plans for process improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute process changes and monitor their impact on productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and profitability.
  • Continuously review and refine processes, managing improvement projects and providing training for new procedures

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in business administration or a related field.
  • At least two years of experience in process analysis, improvement, or management.
  • MS Office proficient: Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
  • Strong knowledge of process analysis and improvement methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
  • Background check required
