Job Description
Location: Tampa, 33618 – This position is onsite
Pay: Depending upon experience, starting at $90,000 for experienced candidates + bonus
Type: Direct hire
Job duties:
- Account management for financing and loans, specifically for construction subcontractors and manufacturers.
- Responsible for overseeing the servicing department, ensuring efficient management of loans throughout their 90-120 day lifespan.
- Focus on relationship building, delivering value, and proactive engagement with clients, as each client may take out 3-5 loans annually.
- Currently managing 65 open loans with 50-100 disbursements processed weekly.
- Primary responsibility includes error prevention, project oversight, and ensuring projects are on track.
- Emphasis on maintaining a positive team culture; willingness to train and mentor the right candidate.
- Manage the transition from underwriting to servicing, ensuring a smooth handoff process.
- Supervise payments to vendors and oversee loan repayment from General Contractors (GCs).
- Dedicated to building and growing relationships with clients, being proactive in identifying opportunities.
- Currently overseeing 2 direct reports, with plans to expand the team to 3 by the beginning of 2024.
