Location: Fully remote
Pay: $21.00 per hour

Shifts: You will be assigned a shift
1. 730-4 EST
2. 1230-9 EST
3. 330-12AM EST
+/- two hours in each direction
Training shift: M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
Quantity: 10
Job description:
- Handle 40-50 inbound calls a day
- Average call time is 8-10 minutes, the majority of these calls are inbound but there is some outbound follow-up
- How will we measure success? Call time, QC scores, call refusal rates - the expectation is to answer the call before ring 4
- Act as the primary point of contact for pharmacy calls and healthcare providers seeking information about pharmacy benefits, prior authorization requests, and guidance in navigating the system. Inquiries can come through various channels such as phone, chat, fax, email, or written communication.
- Address inquiries from pharmacies, and healthcare providers regarding topics such as mail-order services, benefit plan structures, formulary coverage, medication costs, prior authorization requirements, claims processing, and ensure that each individual's concerns and questions are resolved satisfactorily.
- Assist Clinical Pharmacists in their interactions with patients and healthcare providers, offering support for medication adherence, and handling various administrative duties.
- Participate in maintaining operational and productivity standards, including conducting quality assessments of calls, chat sessions, and documentation notes to identify areas for improvement and enhancement.
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technicians (CPhT or PTCB Certified)
Required:
- Must have an active state pharmacy license.
- Must have a call center background.
- Must have professional communication skills to communicate with pharmacists.
- Must understand insurance, deductibles, co-pays.
- Background check required.
