Location:  Tampa, 33610 – This position is onsite

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour

Type: Contract to hire

Start date: ASAP

Quantity: (2) vacancies

Schedule: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM



Job description:
  • Process weekly payroll for all employees. (Florida. CO and Arizona)
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll records by maintaining database with updates in status changes, tax withholdings, benefits deductions, time-off accruals, etc.
  • Prepare required and ad hoc reports.
  • Understanding of internal control concepts and processes to mitigate risks.
  • Attend all company required meetings.
  • Additional responsibilities as requested or required.

Nice to have:
  • ADP
  • UKG
  • CPP

Requirements:
  • Must have (3) years of recent multi-state payroll processing experience.
  • Payroll accounting/ payroll tax accounting  required
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
  • Drug screening required.
