JOB ID 21466 – Outside Counsel Legal Clerk

Location:  Odessa, FL 33556 – This position is onsite

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Type:  Direct hire

Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8am-5pm in office

Job duties:
  • Enhance the efficiency of the Outside Counsel Team by handling various clerical tasks such as mail management, scanning, and data entry.
  • Evaluate and direct accounts to our third-party Outside Counsel law firms.
  • Reconcile expenses, invoices, and monthly billing statements.
  • Conduct research for new addresses and provide backup support for property record searches in county records.
  • Monitor cases assigned to Outside Counsel.
  • Assist the team with special projects as needed.
  • Foster team cohesion by offering support to other department members.

Requirements:
  • Must have (1) year of related recent work experience.
  • High school diploma or equivalent. 
  • Background check required.
