JOB ID 21885 – Account Executive

Location:  Tampa, 33602 – This position is onsite

Pay:  Around $50,000 base
Typical first year earnings: $100,000 per year (after 18 mo.)

Type:  Direct hire

Schedule:  M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST


Job description:
  1. Own full-cycle sales with a focus on outbound activity, making 50+ calls per day to mid-market prospects ($50M–$300M in revenue) across the U.S.—with limited inbound lead support.
  2. Close 1–2 new deals per month through a longer sales cycle, requiring persistence, consultative selling, and tailored outreach strategies.
  3. Identify and qualify new business opportunities in flatbed and specialized freight, using HubSpot to manage pipeline, track engagement, and maintain accurate CRM data.
  4. Deliver compelling, solution-oriented pitches that address complex customer needs and position Company’s services as high-value logistics solutions.
  5. Collaborate cross-functionally to onboard new accounts, ensuring smooth transitions, long-term success, and alignment with internal operations and account teams.

Requirements:
  • Must have proven, outbound sales experience with a high volume of outbound calls.
  • Musth have experience in logistics, transportation, or flatbed brokerage.
  • Must be proficient with CRM tools, MS Office, and digital communication. 
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Employer will perform testing: Predictive Index.
  • Background check required.
