Job Description

JOB ID 21861 – Order Processor – Bilingual: Spanish/English

Location:  Fully remote, Nevada

Pay: $19.00 per hour

Type:  Contract, seasonal project through September

Schedule:  8am-5pm PT, first few weeks they will work 7am-4pm PT
  • They can be located anywhere in US but must work pacific time zone hours


Job description:

  1. Client Communication & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and live chat; handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and professional responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  2. Order Management: Accurately process, approve, or reject service work orders in the operating system; collect all required information and coordinate initial scheduling requests while maintaining detailed documentation.

  3. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, update client/property information in the database, and initiate satisfaction surveys and follow-up communications as needed.

  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including branch operations and management, to align services with client needs, handle escalations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

  5. Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized records of communications and work orders, research and communicate service details, and contribute to the team’s success in a remote work environment.

Requirements:
  • MUST be in PST time zone
  • MUST have 2+ years or prior experience in order processing/customer care
  • MUST be bilingual: Spanish/English
  • MUST be proficient in MS Office to include Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams
  • MUST be able to navigate CRM systems
  • Attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
