Job Description
Location: Tampa, 33606 - This position is onsite
Pay: $18-$19/hr DOE
Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Job duties:
- Helping customers place orders in person, by phone, or by email
- Helping customers around the showroom answering any questions (showroom is closed to public)
- Assisting with AP/AR for all locations responding to emails in the general inbox
- Sending back the damaged product This person will be helping with all aspects of the company once they are trained. Lots of room for growth
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
- Must have 1+ years customer service/order entry experience
- Professional communication skills
- Career focused: Open to learning and growing with the organization
- Must love dogs, owner brings dogs into the office
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
