Job Description
Location: Brandon, 33511 – Hybrid
Training is onsite for approximately (2) weeks, then fully remote
Pay: $18.00/hr
Hours: 8-5pm M-Fr

Job duties:
- Respond to client questions and requests, resolve complaints, and escalate issues as needed
- Identify ways to streamline operational procedures between or within departments
- Participate in the planning, development, implementation and support of operational activities
- Answer incoming emails, refer emails to appropriate person, and take messages
- Answer operations/client requests or inquiries concerning services, products, billing, timelines and reports problem areas
- Prepare activity reports for clients as well as operations management
- Review photos for completed jobs to create photo reports
- Continually maintain working knowledge of all company services
- Answer and resolve ER line calls.
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Requirements:
- Must have related administrative support background
- Proficient with Microsoft Office productivity software including Outlook, Word and Excel
- 80% MS Office, typing 35 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
