Job Description
Location: Fully remote, must live in an approved work location
Pay: $19.00 per hour
Type: Contract, seasonal project through September
Schedule: 8am-5pm PT, first few weeks they will work 7am-4pm PT
- They can be located anywhere in US but must work pacific time zone hours
Job description:

Client Communication & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients via phone, email, text, and live chat; handle inquiries, resolve issues, and provide timely and professional responses to ensure high customer satisfaction.

Order Management: Accurately process, approve, or reject service work orders in the operating system; collect all required information and coordinate initial scheduling requests while maintaining detailed documentation.

Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, update client/property information in the database, and initiate satisfaction surveys and follow-up communications as needed.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams, including branch operations and management, to align services with client needs, handle escalations, and ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Administrative Excellence: Maintain organized records of communications and work orders, research and communicate service details, and contribute to the team’s success in a remote work environment.

Requirements:
- MUST have 2+ years or prior experience in order processing/customer care
- MUST be bilingual: Spanish/English
- MUST be proficient in MS Office to include Excel and PowerPoint, MS Teams
- MUST be able to navigate CRM systems
- Attention to detail
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
