Pay: $19-$23

Hours:  M-Th, 8-4 (paid lunch), 32 Hours a week

Job duties:
  • Responsible for all entry of information into our CRM, information needs to be accurate, replete and proactively updated
  • Provide administrative office support to our entire team by greeting guests, ordering office supplies, managing travel requests, answering calls, and a variety of other important value-add tasks
  • Provide flexible support, one day may be planning events one day may be entirely data entry
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

  • Salesforce
  • Office experience
  • Experience in booking, managing and updating travel arrangements

  • Personality: Looking for someone who is friendly and has a positive attitude, who is a self-starter
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
