Location: Lakeland, 33815 – WFH flexible

First 90 days are in-office, then will be hybrid (2) days onsite based on job performance

Pay: $16-$18.50/hr

Hours: M-F 8-5

Job duties:
  • This is a sedentary position that requires the ability to sit for long periods, adhere to a set schedule, and process approximately 70-100 calls per day
  • 95% of calls are inbound calls
  • Providing member account information and resolving reasons for calling
  • Transferring funds
  • Processing payments for loan payments made from outside financial institutions
  • Assessing member needs, determining the best course of action to take or transfer to the appropriate department for resolution
  • Refunding NSF, inactivity, minimum balance, and Courtesy Pay fees
  • Issuing account history printouts, teller checks, statements, check copies, starter checks, membership forms, miscellaneous applications, brochures, and ordering checks for members
  • Assisting members with routing numbers and account format for setting up direct deposits
  • Mail member direct deposit letter when requested
  • Creating or modifying EFT records for share and/or loan accounts
  • Explaining mobile deposit endorsement and unblocking members
  • Calming members to a state of being able to resolve their reason for calling
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Nice to have:
  • Financial Institution background, banks, credit union etc.
  • Someone who has experience doing transactions

Requirements:
  • Call Center/Customer Service Experience
  • Positive and problem-solving attitude
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
  • Employer will perform testing
