Hours: M-F 8-5, some flexibility

Job duties:
- The Medical Billing and Collections Representative’s primary responsibility is to assist with the billing and collection process for TransCare
- This position reports to the Director of Reimbursement and in his or her absence the Vice President of TransCare
- Primarily be working with Ambulance companies
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Professional business-to-business communication with insurance companies
Requirements:
- Must have front side of claims processing experience
- Must have ICD-10 experience
- MUST have billing experience
- Must have medical office experience
- Typing test may be requested - 45 WPM
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
