Location: St. Petersburg, 33701 - This position is onsite

Start date: WED 3/22/2023

Type: Contract, expected (4) weeks
Possible extension / transition to CS Team based on business needs

Pay: $18.00/hour

Hours: M-F 8-5 or 8:30am to 5:30 candidate can choose

Job duties:
  • Sorting and processing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Listening for and receiving visitors to HQ (usually only Fed Ex and UPS)
  • Assisting our current mailroom clerk with daily functions
  • Administrative support as assigned
  • Possible backup to Customer Service: Respond to inquiries from policy holders, claimant carriers, agents, and employees, provide policy support and redirect clients and customers to appropriate parties, provide status updates
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

  • Must have customer service experience 
  • Must be available to start ASAP
  • Quicker learner and ok working on their own for PTO coverage
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
