Job description
- Manage loan products and procedures, ensuring all financial transactions for active loans are processed and tracked.
- Analyze loan performance, including loan-to-value ratios and borrower financial health, to determine appropriate actions for draws, repayments, and risk management.
- Conduct check-in calls with borrowers, contractors, and vendors to monitor project timelines, resolve issues, and escalate distressed loans as needed.
- Provide regular data for reports, maintain contract records, and utilize software like Autopal, Salesforce, and Excel to track loan activity.
- Onboard new customers, explain servicing processes, and prepare loan portfolio status reports for weekly meetings.
- Collaborate with Sales, Underwriting, and Accounting to ensure smooth information flow and recommend quality control measures to improve processes.
- Build client relationships and provide excellent customer service in alignment with organizational values.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, finance, business admin, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience, preferably in one of the following: loan administration, contract administration ideally in the construction industry, customer service in a financial services organization, or related field.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Must have strong customer service skills.
- Must be proficient with: Procore, Textura, MS Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Salesforce
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- This position requires working in an office environment.
