Type:  Contract to hire

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Schedule: 


Job description:
  1. Respond to inbound calls and emails from prospective customers seeking information on property insurance, primarily home and auto coverage.
  2. Engage with clients to understand their specific insurance needs through effective questioning and active listening.
  3. Provide accurate and tailored insurance quotes based on individual customer profiles and coverage requirements.
  4. Guide customers through the sales process, clearly explaining policy details and assisting with policy selection and purchase.
  5. Ensure all post-sale documentation and customer information is accurately recorded and processed before assisting the next customer.

Requirements:
  • Must have an active 2-20 or 20-44 insurance license.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required
