Job description:
- Engage with delinquent account holders via inbound and outbound calls to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, and stipulations.
- Communicate account details and legal procedures clearly in both English and Spanish to ensure debtor understanding and cooperation.
- Accurately document all communications and agreements in the company’s system for legal and operational reference.
- Assist in drafting and preparing legal documents such as demand letters, stipulations, complaints, and other litigation-related filings under attorney supervision.
- Ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies while performing all collection and documentation activities.
Requirements:
- Must be bilingual: Spanish/English.
- Must have both collections and legal experience.
- Must have experience with balance negotiations and debt remediation plans.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
