Location:  Tampa, 33629 – This position is onsite

Pay: $65K-$75K + bonus opportunities

Type:  Direct hire

Schedule:  M-F 9:30-5:30

Job description:
  • Ensure punctual attendance during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:30 am to 5:30 pm).
  • Respond promptly and professionally to client and insurance carrier emails.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by handling calls, addressing complaints, and resolving inquiries.
  • Organize and maintain client files, including renewals, using AMS as directed.
  • Collaborate with management and team to surpass production targets.
  • Provide comprehensive information on policies and products to customers.
  • Recommend suitable products based on individual client needs.
  • Generate quotes for new or upgraded policies and cross-sell insurance to existing policyholders.
  • Accurately invoice transactions, covering new business, renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and audits via AMS.
  • Review and endorse or initiate policies based on customer requirements.
  • Fulfill all policy-related obligations.

Nice to have:
  • Writing and servicing Excess and Surplus Lines 
  • AMS experience
  • EZLynx

Requirements:
  • Must have a 2-20 license.
  • Must have (2) years of experience selling insurance with different carriers (Multi-Lines  Property & Casualty insurance agent).
  • Must be MS Office proficient to include Excel.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
  • Credit check required.
