Job description:
  1. Drive Sales Growth: Initiate and close sales with dental offices and clinics by identifying opportunities, managing leads through the CRM pipeline, and meeting revenue targets through proactive outreach and structured follow-up.
  2. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with new and existing accounts, providing tailored product solutions and maintaining regular contact to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  3. Product Expertise & Education: Stay current on industry trends, emerging products, and competitor offerings to effectively educate clients and promote lab products with confidence and credibility.
  4. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a liaison between sales, technicians, and other departments to ensure customer inquiries and case-related issues are addressed promptly and efficiently, typically within 24 hours.
  5. Professional Conduct & Teamwork: Demonstrate initiative, self-motivation, and professionalism while working both independently and collaboratively in a team environment, always maintaining clear communication with colleagues and customers.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree OR five years of inside sales experience
  • Must have experience using a CRM
  • Must be MS Office proficient:  Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
