Job Description
Location: Sarasota, 34237 – WFH Flexible
(3) days required in-office
Pay: $75,000-$78,000 yearly
Type: Direct hire
Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p EST
Job description:
- Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring process for qualified job applicants in collaboration with departmental managers to assess required skills and competencies for open positions.
- Conduct background checks and employee eligibility verifications for new hires.
- Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs to foster engagement and retention.
- Administer human resource functions such as compensation, benefits, leave management, performance management, disciplinary actions, and training development.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, maintaining up-to-date policies and overseeing mandatory and non-mandatory training compliance.
Nice to have:
- Human Resources Management experience
- SHRM-CP
- HR in a clinical setting preferred
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (OR) 8 years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Must have (4) years of progressive Human Resources experience
- Must be open to overnight travel as required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
