Location: Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite
Pay: $23.50/hr
Hours: M-F 8-5

Job duties:
1.) This person will be doing a tremendous amount of clerical work to help free up the HR team.
2.) They will very often help with post offer onboarding duties.
3.) This person will at times help with job posts, gathering resumes and will help with light phone screening.
4.) They will help coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
5.) This person will help ensure new hire paperwork is complete, background checks are cleared and office badges are ready for new hires.
6.) Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
- 2 years of HR experience including post-offer onboarding
- Work experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, and comfortable with this environment
- Strong multitasking skills, prioritization skills, comfort with changing priorities
- Strong sense of customer service with internal and external customers
- Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Intermediate MS Office proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
- COVID-19 vaccination required
