Job description:
- Manage new business sales and ensure high customer satisfaction for new customers.
- Oversee and report on delivery performance, providing initial feedback to customers.
- Handle new job setup and maintenance, including customer setup, bill of materials, tooling, and work orders.
- Administer and coordinate all new Engineering project setups, collaborating with tooling, production, purchasing, and accounting teams.
- Maintain MRP system for work orders, sales orders, and invoicing, while also supporting the project management team with administrative tasks and general office duties.

Requirements:
- Must have (5) years of experience in an office environment/similar role
- Experienced with MRP software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Background check required
- Drug screening required
