Pay: $17-$18/hour DOE
Pay increases with # of drivers able to handle
Type: Contract-to-hire
Hours: M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job duties
- Manage 10-15 drivers
- Communicate with drivers to plan routes, obtain drivers’/ loads’ statuses, and identify issues that may come up early in the day
- Work with Brokers to book drivers, negotiate competitive rates, and meet weekly quotas for each driver
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers to procure dedicated lanes
- Manage daily shipment activities, resolving issues to ensure pickup and delivery is on time
- Input and process accurate shipment data in our dispatch software and board.
- Report accessorials to Brokers in a timely fashion and follow up as needed to ensure the load is ready to bill on time.
- Quickly and proactively resolve problems that may arise while a load is in transit
- Other duties as assigned
Nice to have:

Required:
- Must have a customer service background
- Must be able to communicate in Spanish most of the day
- High school diploma required
- Background check required
