Location: Tampa, 33602 - WFH Flexible

Pay: $100-$105k
Hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm

Job duties:
- Strategic role
- Build and manage a strong team, including external vendors
- Develop strategies and tactics to boost company's reputation and drive leads
- Experiment with organic and paid acquisition channels like content, PPC, even management, publicity, social media, lead gen, copywriting, and performance analysis
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns, measure and report on them against goals
- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website content to hard copy materials
- Oversee Google Analytics and SEO using CMS tools
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Bachelors in communications, marketing or related field
- Legal/law firm experience
- WordPress
- HubSpot
Requirements:
- 5+ years of leadership experience in marketing or related field
- Service Firm Experience Required
- Must have SEO experience and driving organic search improvements
- Must have experience outsourcing/working with vendors
- Experience with driving qualified leads and increasing company revenue
- Experience with email marketing platforms and automation
- Experience with Google AdWords and paid social advertising
- Experience with creating social media plans and increasing engagement
- Experience with website management
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
