Pay: 100-130k
Type: Direct Hire
Job duties:
- Develop and executive effective recruitment strategies
- Manage a team of recruiters and provide coaching and guidance
- Collaborate with hiring managers and executive leadership
- Implement and manage recruitment process
- Ability to develop and manage 3rd party vendor relationships
- Manage recruitment budget
- Ensure adherence to employment laws, regulations and requirements
- Manage ATS vendor to ensure organizational needs are being met
Nice to have:
- Manufacturing industry experience
- CDL driver recruiting preferred, not required
Requirements:
- 10+ years’ progressive TA leadership experience
- Bachelor’s in business, Human Resources or related field
- Strategic and growth minded
- Ability to lead a team
- Thorough understand of recruiting methods and best practices
- Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed
- Experience in all areas of sourcing (internet, social media, networking, referrals, etc)
- Direct experience recruiting in multiple discipline areas and levels, exempt and non-exempt
- Success in developing and executing recruitment strategies
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Growth minded and success driven
