Job Description

Job ID 20096 – Dialer/Inventory Manager

Location:  Fully remote
CA is not an approved work location

Pay:  Around $80,000 depending upon experience

Type:  Direct hire

Job description:
  • Manage dialer performance metrics (service levels, occupancy, call routing) to ensure SLA adherence and meet outreach center forecasting needs.
  • Execute and oversee daily dialer campaigns for the Outreach Center.
  • Administer and monitor preview/predictive dialer system, including campaign design, build, maintenance, and optimization of calling lists, filters, reports, and list strategies.
  • Conduct regular Quality Assurance monitoring of dialer systems and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with FCC, TCPA, Federal, and State regulations.
  • Provide daily support and guidance for the workforce management platform.
  • Drive dialer strategy, recommend process/system changes to enhance Outreach Center efficiency.

  • Nice InContact is a strong preference. 
  • IBR scripting is a strong preference.  We are seeking hands on experience with IBR scripting- not leading or overseeing it, executing it.

Requirements:
  • Must have (5) years of recent related work experience as a Dialer Architect, Dialer Inventory Administrator, Dialer Analyst, Command Center Analyst, or similar. 
  • Must have experience with list management, setting up new users, feeding leads, dialer building, recent experience with configuring dialers (for groups of 50+ agents).
  • Nice InContact is a strong preference, candidates may not be considered without it.
  • Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check required.
