Location: Orlando, 32803 - This position is onsite
Pay: $17.50
Hours:
8:30 AM – 5:00 PM or
8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Job duties:
- Identify and confirm payer denial reasons using online resources to ensure they are handled appropriately
- Call healthcare insurance companies to understand denials and challenge rulings where applicable
- Meet daily metrics related to quality and quantity of work as assigned
- File claim corrections using web-based applications, and bring claims to a final state of resolution in a timely manner
- Collaborate with your team to create and implement enhanced collection techniques based on experience, data, and analytics
- Primarily, this role works with payers to understand why a claim was denied
- Team members in this role are also calling to get claim status, which may be paid. In that case, team members would be posting payment to our data entry portal
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Associate's degree or higher
- Healthcare related experience
- Claims or claims denial experience
- Inbound call experience
- Collections experience
Required:
- Good tenure of consistent experience or recent grad
- Aptitude, Eagerness, and Motivated!
- Computer proficient
- Critical thinkers, willing to research, problem solvers, high energy.
- Wanting to learn industry, position, and to grow with the company
- High school diploma required
- Background check required
