Job duties:
- Enter agent information into contracting system
- Monitor exception reports and work exceptions as needed
- Ensure commission levels match the contracts for agents, agencies, and carriers.
- Communicate with internal account management team to ensure agency satisfaction
- Monitor and respond to all contracting and commissions questions received via email
- Communicate with Carriers and External Partners as needed
- Assist with Release Requests as needed
- Respond to monitoring, coaching, and various forms of feedback and quality analysis designed to ensure performance metrics are achieved
- Consistently meets established productivity goals
- Report on weekly task progress
- Support short term operational activities as assigned
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required

Requirements:
- MUST have 1+ years of office CSR type experience and be comfortable helping with phone calls if need be
- Must be okay with monotonous, repetitive, extremely detail-focused work
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
