Job description:
- Handle Credit Reporting Disputes – Review, respond to, and correct credit reporting disputes via third-party software (eOscar) in a timely and accurate manner.
- Process Manual Credit Updates – Ensure accurate manual updates to credit reporting agencies for accounts that require manual reporting.
- Ensure Compliance – Verify customer information for accuracy and compliance with federal credit reporting laws and guidelines (FCRA and CDIA Credit Reporting Resource Guide).
- Document Management – Scan documents into RCS and ensure they are correctly linked to the appropriate accounts.
- Team Engagement & Training – Attend necessary credit reporting training sessions and contribute to a positive, motivated team environment.

Requirements:
- Must have recent related data entry experience
- Must be ok with repetitive, monotonous, detail focused work.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
