JOB ID 21462 – Customer Support Supervisor

Location:  Port Richey, 34668 – This position is onsite

Pay: $28.00 to $33.00 per hour

Type:  Contract to hire

Schedule: M-F, 8a-5p


Job description:
  • Create and maintain production Request for Quotes (RFQs) by collecting data through the production process.
  • Establish the most suitable Purchase Order (P.O.) types with customers (e.g., Blankets, Kanban, JIT, 90-day, Shoot and Ship).
  • Negotiate new and renewable contracts with customers, considering customer knowledge, Estimated Annual Usage (EAU), costs, and forecasts.
  • Coordinate and confirm customer orders in a timely manner, ensuring all requests are met.
  • Expedite premium orders and coordinate urgent customer requests by working with impacted departments.
  • Oversee the transition of initial production P.O.s from Program Management/Engineering to Production for visibility.
  • Educate customers on Seaway’s ordering policies to prevent misunderstandings and ensure their requirements are met.

Requirements:
  • Must have related recent work experience (not seeking retail or service industry leadership)
  • Must have recent leadership experience (this role is for a team of (4) direct reports)
  • Must have experience with escalated calls
  • Must have experience with account management
  • Must be MS Office and MS Excel proficient
  • Must have prior ERP experience
  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
