Job Description

The Customer Success Specialist is responsible for maintaining customer accounts with a variance of responsibilities, excellence, and potential expansion for each one. To be successful, you must be meticulous, positive, energetic, and reactive if necessary.

Pay: $21.60 hr.
Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
Responsibilities:
  • Daily Interaction with Buyers for our customers via email and Phone.
  • Entering Purchase Orders from Distribution centers
  • Arranging Freight on Purchase orders that require our delivery.
  • Daily interaction with Freight companies
  • Managing inventory
  • Informing proper depts. of Supply chain or QA issues for further assistance
  • updating all pricing and confirming purchase orders.
  • Follow up daily on any issue pending
  • Keep current accounts updated within logbooks (Min order requirements and any other necessary info to ensure orders are placed properly, where products are located, frieght matrixes for pricing
Required:
  • Preferred experience with Order processing, Client calls
  • MS office, basic excel, Daily Emailing
  • Experience in a demanding environment, fast paced
  • HS diploma
  • Cheerful outlook
