Pay: $17.00/hour
$18.00/hour with P&C experience
Hours: Must be available between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Most common shift: 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
Training schedule: M-F from 9:00 AM- 5:30 PM for about (2) weeks

Job duties:
- Respond to the service needs of policy owners, general agents, producers, field personnel and home office employees, maintaining ownership until completed
- Act as primary service contact for customers and agents. Provide technical guidance, information and procedural advice on a variety of customer service issues, requiring knowledge of products and services
- Respond to telephone, on line, and written inquiries.
- Process policy level transactions within level of authority.
- Conduct research when needed to complete service requests. Handle all service requests within department service standards
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Bilingual: Spanish/English
Requirements:
- Must have a customer service background
- Must be computer proficient and able to navigate dual screens/multiple software systems
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
