Pay: $19-22 hr.
Hours: Monday to Friday 8a-5pm

Job duties:
- Experience speaking to customers telephonically to provide information about products and services, while updating electronic records simultaneously.
- This person will be handling all incoming questions and calls from customers. Will be fielding a high volume of calls related to deliveries, payments, and general inquiries.
- Be able to individually manage an investigation of customer concerns by coordinating and communicating with other departments, which include Managers, Teammates and Clients.
- Have keyboard and listening skills, must be able to type 40-60 wpm Someone who can keep their cool under any circumstance.
- Be a good team player! Come to work, be a professional and have a positive attitude
- At Least 3 years of experience in a call center environment.
- Keyboard typing skills with the ability to type and talk to customers simultaneously. Ability to work a variety of shifts, if needed.
- Typing 40-60 WPM
