Location: Longwood, 32750 – This position is onsite
  
Pay: $17 + great benefits!
 
Hours:  Mon-Fri 9am-6pm - 1 hour lunch or 9am - 5:30pm with 30 minute lunch - no weekends unless they want

Job duties:  
  • Contact and engage warm leads who have expressed interest in our products or services through various channels, such as online inquiries, marketing campaigns, or referrals
  • Conduct outbound calls or initiate communication via email, chat, or other communication platforms to connect with warm leads
  • Build rapport and establish a positive relationship with potential customers, understanding their needs and preferences
  • Educate leads about our products or services, explaining key features, benefits, and value propositions
  • Qualify leads based on predetermined criteria to determine their level of interest, budget, and readiness to make a purchase decision
  • Schedule appointments for our sales representatives to conduct product demonstrations, presentations, or consultations with qualified leads
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads and provide them with comprehensive information to maximize their success in converting leads into customers. 
  • Must be flexible for other duties as assigned:  As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
 
Requirements:
  • Must have scheduling experience
  • Must have a strong customer service background
  • Must be seeking a career opportunity
  • Familiarity with the sales process, including lead generation, lead qualification, and appointment setting.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Background check required
