Direct Hire 
Location:  Tampa, 33607 – This position is onsite

Pay:  $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Training schedule:  M-F, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (Approximately 2 weeks).
Shifts: 2 openings: 6AM - 10PM (8 hour shift)  8-4pm or 10-6pm fpr the first opening and the 2nd opening shift: 2-10pm

Job description
  1. Client Interaction: Responsible for impressing clients, vendors, and employees by effectively processing all client requests, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
  2. This Cargo team is responsible for feeding the Pilots on the Cargo planes.- ordering their meals prior to the next flight-  Very detailed 
  3. Build Client Loyalty: Develop and nurture strong relationships with clients, working to increase loyalty and satisfaction through consistent, high-quality service.
  4. Adhere to SOPs: Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) to meet client demands and performance expectations, ensuring operational excellence.
  5. Collaboration with Teams: Work with Operations, Finance, and Marketing & Sales teams to consistently deliver an exceptional experience to clients and support the broader business goals.
  6. Organization and Attention to Detail: Maintain strong organizational skills, paying close attention to detail while maintaining a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Requirements
  • Must have 1+ years of customer service experience
  • Must have excellent writing skills, this is a low-volume call role
  • Must be available and willing to work a PM shift with start times of 2:00 PM and later
  • Must have attention to detail and Fast paced 
  • Must be available and willing to work weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
  • Drug screening required
