Location: Salt Lake City, 84111 – This position is onsite
Pay: $17.00/hr
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00am - 6:00

Job duties:
- Answer incoming calls regarding life and health policies, which will include general inquiries, service requests, concerns from consumers and agents
- Process all service requests for policy holders
- Keep track of inquiries and follow up to verify that they are answered
- Stay up to date on carrier and company policies and procedures
- Handle complaints, present appropriate solutions, and alternatives within the timeframes set, and follow up to ensure that the issue has been resolved
- Adhere to established service standards while maintaining quality standards
- Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required
Nice to have:
- Preferably health/life insurance knowledge
Requirements:
- Must have phone customer service and/or call center experience
- Experience working in a high-volume call center where they are used to taking calls promptly back to back highly preferred
- Computer skills with the ability to navigate two screens and multiple tabs and platforms at once
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel and Outlook
- Ability to work fast paced with great attention to detail
- Positive and charming phone personality
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Background check required
