Job duties:  
  • Handle inbound calls from customers, agents and/or policy holders related to insurance application or existing policies
  • Provide excellent customer service to agents and policy holds in a high-volume call center environment
  • Process corrections or adjust records
  • Review, organize and forward information to be escalated for resolution
  • Other duties as assigned
  
Nice to have: 
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish

Requirements: 
  • Minimum 1 year Property/Casualty insurance experience
  • 440/20-44 license required 
  • Advanced computer skills
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • High School diploma
  • Background check required
