Location: Orlando, 32803 - This position is onsite

Pay: $16.50-$17.50


Hours: M to F – 8am – 5pm but schedule could change to 9am – 6pm if needed

Type: Contract, 3 to 4 months with possible extension

Job duties:
This position will rotate through various departments to gain a solid understanding of company operations and technology. Employees can identify an opportunity that meets their strengths and career goals.
1. Customer Care Generalist: Provide support for incoming phone, chat, and email providing general customer service
2. Customer Care Inventory: Provide phone, chat, and email resolution to inventory specific related questions and issues
3. Customer Care Payments: Provide phone, chat, and email resolution to payment specific questions and issues
4. Customer Care Platform: Provide phone, chat, and email resolution to platform and technology-specific questions and issues
5. Hub Team (HT): Manage the vaccine process, ordering setting up, testing, and shipping hubs
6. Inventory Management Team (IMT): Focus solely on inventory-related topics, including returns, order exceptions / special orders, order fulfillment, escalations, and inventory reconciliations
7. Revenue Cycle (RCM): Focus on payment related to billing, collections, claims research, and claims denial analysis
8. Must be flexible for other duties as assigned: As an associate you may be required to cross-train across roles/departments with similar job duties, or assist with other business needs as required


Nice to have:

Requirements:
  • Customer service experience delivered via phone or chat preferred but face-to-face service would be considered
  • High school diploma required
  • Background check required
