Corporate Recruiter

Location: Ocoee, FL 34761 -This position is onsite

Pay: $60K-$65K DOE

Type: Direct hire

Schedules: M-F 8-5v


Job duties:
  • Recruiting, hiring, and onboarding
  • Assisting team members with HR needs
  • Benefits and FMLA assistance
  • Safety and compliance assistance

  • Other duties as assigned 

Nice to have:
  • (3) years of HR Generalist experience
  • HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems)
  • LMS (Learning Management Systems)
  • Construction, manufacturing, or similar industry with service workers / skilled trade

Requirements:
  • Must have 3+ years of recruiting experience
  • Must have the ability to learn HRIS/LMS systems
  • Must be MS Office proficient
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Background check required
