Job description:
- Utilize various recruiting methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract potential candidates for call center positions.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for call center roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding interview details and expectations.
- Assess candidates’ skills, experience, and qualifications through interviews, assessments, and reference checks.
- Evaluate candidates based on job requirements, including communication skills, customer service orientation, and ability to handle high-volume calls.
- Present job offers to selected candidates and negotiate terms of employment, including salary, benefits, and start dates.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring completion of required paperwork and orientation activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track recruitment activities and effectiveness.
- Partner with hiring managers and team leaders to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress, candidate pipelines, and any challenges encountered.
Nice to have:
- Experience recruiting high-volume in an outbound call center environment
Requirements:
- Must have recent call center recruiter experience and/or experience recruiting for entry level roles (2 years minimum)
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Background check required.
