Job description:
- Analyze remuneration data to offer suggestions to HR and Recruitment on appropriate compensation for new hires, promotional raises, and related matters (US & Canada).
- Conduct position assessments to ascertain the suitable job level, title, FLSA status, and compensation package, ensuring uniformity across the organization. This includes examining both internal and external salary data, and comparing similar roles internally or with industry standards.
- Aid in the yearly merit, performance, short-term incentive, and long-term incentive procedures.
- Execute year-end tasks such as annual reporting and compensation audits.
- Oversee initiatives aimed at enhancing processes (e.g., aligning job codes/grades/bonuses).
- Review year-end computations/payments and address any data discrepancies.
- Assist in creating, organizing, and disseminating compensation-related communications.
- Keep abreast of constantly evolving local, state, and federal laws and regulations concerning compensation and wage parity. This encompasses regulations like the FLSA, Equal Pay Act, ADA, minimum wage laws, overtime rules, etc.
- Coordinate global mobility efforts.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business is required.
- Must have (5) years of compensation experience.
- Must have recent experience in a compensation only SME role.
- Background check required.
- Drug screening required.
